Constantinople: the city of legends and history, has its own soundtrack. The Queen of the cities induces sighs, generates lyrics and music. We travel back in time to a City which is full of light and shadows, setting up unique pictures: in the old markets, in the Keratio, at the streets and in the alleys, combined with the voices of the peddlers….
With the music band «TAKIM», the city tells its history through singing: from Tsihagiri - the old «Kolonaki Area» of Constantinople - to Kabbatasi and from Galatas and Therapia up to Saint Stephen, Tatavla, Sisli and Tarlabasi. Sometimes, it’s about sobbing lyrically and some others, it’s about playing happy tunes of another era of the past, that sealed our memory but remains alive and vibrant to our hearts.
Constantinople is not only about its songs but also its instrumental tunes and dances.
Our heart will always be dedicated to the Great Beloved, whose marbles shine in the sunshine. Come with us, to travel with its carriages, chat with its coachmen, take the sailing ships and meet at the Bosporus, with sparkling eyes.. Let's say «hello there»: because «if we have talked about it, we have agreed to it»… All this, wasn’t just a dream…..
Our guide to this journey is» TAKIM», the top music band, with skilled musicians of exceptional aesthetic.
