The host Lambros Liavas at the TV Show «Salt of the Earth», invites us to a fascinating musical journey in the Aegean Sea. Starting from Kythera, we will travel through Kimolos and Amorgos, to reach the North-East islands in the Aegean Sea (Lemnos, Lesvos, Chios and Samos).
Our guide to this trip, is one of the leading virtuosos in folk violin, Nikos Economidis, along with the singer Kiriaki Spanou. They present representative songs from the local repertoire of the islands, which have been recorded in a series of long research in situ.
